PMS first caught my attention with their dope single "FML" which sampled Passion Pit (always a good move). I found them appealingly laid back and very lyrically different. When I saw they had released their 2nd mixtape yesterday I immediatly copped and listened to it all the way through...and then I couldn't help but throw it on again. These three 19U year-olds from Cleveland Heights, OH have swagger, and more importantly a shit ton of talent. They are in my top quadrant for who to look out for in '10. This mixtape has the feel of a full length, record deal album in the very best sense. Even the album cover blows my mind:
